Where do I find my machine code?

Open DockGo and go to Settings → License. The code is 4 groups of 4 characters, e.g. QH61-CT36-GVH4-S1YJ. Buying from inside the app takes you to the license page with the code prefilled.

How soon is the license active after payment?

The license is usually issued to the matching device immediately. After payment, returning to this page checks the result and shows the license number automatically. If syncing lags, click re-check or refresh under Settings → License in the app.

Which payment methods are supported? Is it secure?

Currently PayPal, Alipay and WeChat Pay (including YiFuTong channels) are supported. Payment takes place entirely on the official channel pages — this site never touches your payment details — and the license activates as soon as payment succeeds.
